BOOKINGS

All appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

PAYMENT

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been received.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

One appointment amendment is welcome provided a minimum of 48 working hours' notice is given.

Changes requested with less than 48 working hours' notice may result in the session being forfeited.

Missed appointments and late cancellations are non refundable.

SESSION LENGTHS

Emotion Code® Sessions are typically 30–45 minutes.

Body Code™ Sessions are typically 60–90 minutes.

Belief Code® Sessions are typically 60–90 minutes.

Hypnotherapy Sessions are typically 60 minutes.

Reiki Sessions are typically 60 minutes.

EMOTIONAL HEALING PATHWAY

All new emotional healing clients begin with an Emotion Code® Session.

This creates a foundation for the work and helps determine the most appropriate pathway moving forward.

ONLINE AND PROXY SESSIONS

Sessions are available face to face, online and by proxy where appropriate.

Proxy sessions are available for Emotion Code®, Body Code™ and Belief Code® sessions.

Hypnotherapy sessions require active participation and are therefore conducted face to face or online.
